LUCA DINI Design & Architecture and M3 Monaco are to partner with the aim of shaping a new generation of worldwide marinas, waterfronts, and nautical destinations.
The companies point out that industry forecasts highlight that waterfront development will be a major investment trend over the next five to ten years, driven by demand for premium coastal destinations, enhanced yachting facilities, and integrated seafront environments.
M3 Monaco is an international consultancy which specialises in marina, waterfront, and nautical destination development while LUCA DINI Design & Architecture specialises in yachting, interior design, and architecture.
As global investment turns toward marinas and waterfronts, this partnership places us at the forefront of an expanding market.

The collaboration is set to create a unified and coherent platform to support public authorities, investors, port operators, and development agencies in delivering high-performing marine and waterfront assets.
The alliance will also support marinas and yacht clubs in aligning with recognised best practices, including the La Belle Classe Destinations certification framework of the Yacht Club de Monaco which was established in 2011 to promote excellence in facilities, services, events, and the preservation of each destination’s unique identity.
“Monaco has long been a reference in global yachting. Initiatives such as this partnership contribute to extending that legacy through ambitious developments worldwide,” explained Bernard d’Alessandri, secretary general, Yacht Club de Monaco.
Expanding market
Luca Dini, founder and CEO of LUCA DINI Design & Architecture, added: “As global investment turns toward marinas and waterfronts, this partnership places us at the forefront of an expanding market.
“Together, we are ready to guide investors and institutions through a transformational decade for the nautical sector.”
And the organisations point out that marinas need to evolve into dynamic, sustainable, and high-performing destinations.
