Limited edition V40 for Princess Yachts’ 60th anniversary

Princess Yachts is marking its 60th anniversary in 2025 with a limited-edition series of its V40 yacht.

Princess Yachts was founded in 1965 by three friends in a small shed in Plymouth, UK and over the yeas has developed to become Britain’s largest yacht builder.

The boatbuilder will also celebrate its 60th milestone with the production of a film series showing the brand’s journey through the years and by hosting celebration events.

“Reaching our 60th anniversary is a momentous achievement that fills us with immense pride,” said Will Green, CEO of Princess Yachts.

“It’s a testament to the enduring commitment of our talented team past and present, and the loyalty of our clients.

Rich history

“This is not just about reflecting on our rich history of craftsmanship and innovation though.

“It is as much about looking forward to the next 60 years and ensuring we continue to deliver exciting, segment defining products with that distinctive, unparalleled Princess luxury and continue to redefine the yachting experience for generations to come.”

The updated V40 model features a restyled profile including a vignetted hull graphic that extends the window line and incorporates a special ‘60 years’ emblem denoting that this is one of a limited few.

The canopy is also enhanced with a choice of three contrast flash colours each with a matching exterior upholstery scheme with contrast piping.

The 60 years’ emblem is also embroidered into the helm seat and there is also an exclusive three spoke steering wheel.
