Baltic Yachts has unveiled its Baltic 80 Café Racer, the larger sister to the yard’s Baltic 68 Café Racer.
The first model has been sold and construction will begin in the New Year with the new concept marking an evolution of Baltic’s performance-led, lifestyle-focused sailing yachts.
The Baltic 68 Café Racer was designed for speed, style and ease of handling in the large luxury daysailer segment.
The Baltic 80 Café Racer builds on these principles, scaling the original concept to full maxi-yacht proportions while keeping safety, simplicity and exhilarating sailing performance in mind.
Time on the water
The new Café Racer yacht combines competitive potential on the racecourse with relaxed, social sailing.
“Fast to set up, fun to sail and easy to manage with a small crew, she lets owners focus on what matters most: time on the water,” explained a spokesperson from the yard.
“The open, loft-style interior offers comfort and luxury through bold styling, making her equally suited to coastal cruising and memorable weekends away.
June 2027 delivery
“Whether anchoring in a quiet bay or cruising between favourite destinations, she provides a complete and comfortable home on the water.”
Naval architecture for the Baltic 80 Café Racer is by Surge Projects, led by Javier Jaudenes, with Design Unlimited responsible for the interior styling.
Construction of the first yacht, which will measure under 24 metres and have a beam of 6.24 metres, is scheduled to begin in April 2026, with delivery planned for June 2027.
The Baltic 80 Café Racer is conceived as a series build.
