Greek headquartered safety company Lalizas has acquired US based Revere Survival.
The safety company has had a presence in the US market since 2018 after acquiring Lalizas/Alexander in Houston, TX and Houma, LA (former Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety).
The acquisition is intended to aid Lalizas’s expansion in the States.

Revere Survival is a manufacturer and distributor of liferafts and other survival equipment for the recreational and commercial markets, including leisure and USCG commercial liferafts and IBAs, inflatable PFDs, rescue beacons and pyrotechnics.
The products are ISO, SOLAS or USCG certified for both the pleasure boating and professional markets.
Revere Survival was formerly owned by Alliance Marine which intends to focus more on the European Market.
Lalizas has a commercial presence in 130 countries.
