IntusHQ secures six-figure investment

IntusHQ, asset and inventory management platform designed for UHNW households, yachts and property portfolios, has secured a six-figure investment round to accelerate product development, grow its team and scale customer acquisition.

Among the investors participating in the round is Craig Hopwood, former CFO of Voly yachting, who brings experience across finance, operations and scaling technology businesses within the yachting ecosystem.

IntusHQ was founded by former yacht interior manager Katy Jeffcoate who previously spent more than 15 years working onboard superyachts and a further eight years consulting on yacht new builds and luxury asset set-ups.

During this time, she says she repeatedly encountered the same operational challenge – that there was no purpose-built software for managing yacht interiors and high-value inventories.

“Whether it was furniture, artwork, tableware, jewellery or wine collections, everything was being managed through spreadsheets, disconnected systems or knowledge held by individual crew members,” she said.

“The problem isn’t necessarily that assets are missing, it’s that information has never been properly captured or centralised.”

Single platform

IntusHQ is designed for the operational realities of high-value households and yachts and provides a single, mobile-first platform for managing inventory across homes, yachts and collections.

Features include inventory movement tracking, item details and photography, custom categories, care information, date and time stamps, and detailed reporting designed for both operational teams and family office oversight.

Craig says he invested in the company as it solves a long-overlooked operational pain point for an underserved market.

“Luxury asset portfolios are becoming increasingly global and complex, yet many are still being managed through manual systems,” he said.

IntusHQ is solving a real problem with a product designed specifically for the market it serves.”
