Aquavista expands South West marina portfolio

UK residential and leisure mooring provider, Aquavista, has expanded its marina portfolio with the acquisition of Caen Hill Marina in the South West of England.

Founded in 2003 and based in Nottingham, Aquavista operates 33 inland and coastal marinas, offering more than 5,300 berths and marine services across the country.

Caen Hill Marina is located on the Kennet and Avon Canal at Devizes in Wiltshire and offers 250 berths.

Services include fully-serviced jetties, pump-out and fuels on site, as well as laundry and washing facilities and boat sales.

It complements our existing network of 32 marinas, with its nearest Aquavista neighbours being Bath and Portavon marinas.

“We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Caen Hill Marina, a marina in an excellent location near Devizes on the Kennet & Avon Canal,” said Steve de Polo, Aquavista’s CEO, about the acquisition.

Aquavista was acquired by Antin Infrastructure Partners in late 2025. The company offers residential and leisure berths alongside boat sales, floating homes and other facilities.

Other sites include Buckden Waterside & Marina near St. Neots in Cambridgeshire, Diglis in Worcester and Lemonroyd in Leeds.
