Dromeas Yachts has formed a new European company, Dromeas Yachts sp. z o. o., to oversee the company’s operations and production in Europe.
The development is part of Dromeas Yachts’ ongoing commitment to expanding its production capabilities and delivering yachts to meet global demand.
In line with this strategy, production of the 28 and 33 series has now been transferred to Poland.
The shift is aimed at enhancing efficiency and raising production quality, allowing Dromeas Yachts to introduce more items as standard on its models.
The boatbuilder has also entered into long-term OEM agreements with key suppliers to ensure consistency, durability, and innovation in its yachts.
In addition, new investments have been secured, to allow Dromeas Yachts to accelerate its growth and expand its production capabilities further as part of the company’s long-term vision and strategic goal.
New dealership agreements have also been signed, further expanding the global reach of Dromeas Yachts.
In tandem with these developments, Dromeas Yachts’ operations and companies in Turkey are being consolidated and will be handled separately.
The structure is being realigned for semi-custom production and local sales operations, with future plans subject to further evaluation.
The boatbuilder has a full order book covering the next 12+ months, and says it is actively working on its medium to long-term strategic plans.
In a statement, Dromeas Yachts said: “These plans will lay the foundation for sustained growth, new model introductions, and further innovations in the yachting industry.
“We are immensely grateful for the continued support of our partners, who have stood by us during this transformation.
“Together, we embark on this exciting new chapter for Dromeas Yachts, and we look forward to achieving even greater success in the years to come.”
