DMS Holland expands to Australia

DMS Holland is expanding to Australia with the launch of DMS Australia.

Headed by Andrew MacKenzie, DMS Australia will officially launch at the Sydney Boat Show in August 2024.

Andrew’s marine career stems from his purchase of a houseboat business in Australia in 2003. From this, he has grown his boating experience, from building boats, offering a hire fleet of vessels to importing and supplying a range of marine equipment.

He is the owner of AVN Worldwide Marine Services and has undergone extensive training at DMS Holland’s offices in Kerkdriel.

“I’m really looking forward to this relationship with DMS Australia,” he said.

And he said that DMS is a well-recognised, worldwide brand with spectacular technology.

“I was trying to film it and the first time that the forced role came on and I nearly fell over so the second time I had to hold on.

“It’s so quick it’s powerful it’s a really amazing system.”

He added: “We’re going to bring DMS Australia to the marketplace and tell everyone about the different options for stabilisation and the very exciting future that we’re going to build in the Australian market. I’m really looking forward to it.”

And he said he was looking forward the new All-in-One system which he believes is going to be a game changer in the stabilisation market. The system is currently undergoing testing.

DMS provides applications for a range of boat types and sizes, for boats at anchor, cruising or operating at high speed.
