The Whiskey Project Group (TWPG) has opened its new manufacturing facility in Edenton, North Carolina.
The expansion marks a milestone in the company’s commitment to the American market and will serve as the primary hub for the build and delivery of its full NAiAD commercial vessel range across the Americas.
This new US base is set to enhance service capabilities and also streamline the delivery of NAiAD’s Rigid-Hulled Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) to commercial and governmental clients across North and South America.
“Establishing our manufacturing presence in Edenton, NC, is a pivotal moment for The Whiskey Project Group,” said Darren Schuback, chief executive officer.

“This is more than just a new facility; it’s a commitment to our American customers and partners.
“We are bringing our proven expertise and a legacy of building the world’s most capable watercraft directly to the US market, with the ability to offer build slots now to meet the growing demand for our vessels.”
The NAiAD brand is used for search and rescue, law enforcement, and commercial operations worldwide.
Manufacturing footprint
The company says the new Edenton facility underscores TWPG’s vision of global growth and localised service, reinforcing its existing manufacturing footprint in Australia and New Zealand.
The NAiAD commercial range includes the Watchtower Class, Shadow Class, and custom tourism platforms.
The Whiskey Project Group’s portfolio includes three brands: The Whiskey Project, specialising in tactical watercraft for government and defense; NAIAD, providing high-performance RHIBs for government, patrol/rescue, commercial, and recreational sectors; and VYCOR, which builds workboats and landing craft.
The company now has manufacturing facilities in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
