Teakdecking Systems (TDS), marine decking and deck maintenance supplier, has appointed Bryan Dodd as vice president of deck maintenance products.
Bryan will be based in the US and will lead the company’s deck maintenance products division focusing on growth, innovation, and operational excellence across North America, while also supporting the expansion of product strategy and development efforts in Europe.
Bryan has more than 20 years of international leadership experience in manufacturing, strategy, and business development.
He most recently served as president and CEO of UNECOL Adhesives North America, where he introduced European adhesive brands to the US market, securing national distribution with major retailers.
During his career, Bryan has held roles across the US, China, India, and Europe, leading initiatives in product innovation, supply chain optimisation, and international expansion.

Bryan joins TDS following the company’s recent transition from a single distributor model to managing its European distribution operations directly from its base in Spain.
The company is building a network of regional distributors aimed at providing faster service, greater product availability, and localised support.
