Nimbus reveals Sport Coupé 35

Nimbus Group has released the first images of its Sport Coupé 35 ahead of the model’s world premiere at boot Düsseldorf 2027.

The boat is one of three models in the Sport Cruiser 35 series, alongside the Sport Tender which made its public debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2026 and the Sport Weekender.

All use the same twin-stepped, air-lubricated hull. The Sport Tender 35 made its public debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2026.

Nimbus describes the new model as a combination of Sport Cruiser performance and Coupé accommodation. The hull is designed for fast, stable running with reduced spray, while the enclosed saloon supports year-round use.

Three living areas

Three principal living areas are arranged across the boat. The foredeck can seat up to eight people around a table.

Aft, an L-shaped sofa converts between dining and sunbed configurations, with a fold-out side balcony and integrated canopy adding usable deck space.

Inside, the galley is positioned on the same level as the dinette, which can be adapted for dining, lounging or sleeping. Below deck, the arrangement includes a forward cabin, mid cabin and head with shower.

The company’s asymmetrical sidewalk layout creates a wider starboard side deck and additional interior volume.

A helm-side door and hull-side gate provide direct access to the quay, while joystick docking is available. The forward-raked windscreen follows the design introduced on the Nimbus 495 Coupé.

Propulsion options comprise a single Mercury V10 outboard, twin Mercury V8 300 outboards or a Volvo Penta D6 inboard.

“The Sport Coupé 35 brings together what people love into something new – a Sport Cruiser and a Coupé in one boat,” explained Johan Inden, chief executive of Nimbus Group.

“You get one boat to use all year, for a day out, a long journey or a summer onboard.”
