Novamarine has unveiled its new Black Force line of five professional tenders ranging in length from 4 to 7 metres.
The new tenders are designed to be easily transported, rapidly deployed, and be immediately operational in challenging scenarios.
Features include lifting points designed for crane and aircraft loads, clean passageways for rapid access, and storage spaces that don’t take up unnecessary space.
The design team has also developed the new tenders to be compact with space-optimised hulls and tubes.
The Black Force models include integrated solutions for air launching and underwater inflation.
Durability
Materials and valves have been chosen for durability rather than appearance with resistance to cold, limited exposure to saltwater corrosion and accessibility for field maintenance.
Each model offers a variety of layout options including spaces for technical equipment, engine mounts and modular anchor points for temporary installations.
Models are currently being tested by operaters in Italy and in areas with extreme conditions such as the North Pole to verify the resistance of materials, inflation systems, and hull sealing in freezing waters and complicated recovery operations.
Field maintenance procedures, ease of disassembly, and the behavior of welds and inserts under repeated stress are also being evaluated.
“The result is a platform designed to fit into complex logistics chains: air and ground transport, launch from a helicopter or aircraft, and rapid deployment aboard larger vessels,” explained a company spokesperson.
Professional boating market
“Modularity allows the platform to be adapted to the mission: technical equipment boxes, outboard motor mounts, and configurable recovery systems.
“Practical testing reveals operational details—where to attach a line, how to position a winch—which then become recommendations for crews.”
The launch of the new line is expected to expand the company’s position in the professional boating market, transferring its recreational boating manufacturing experience into more regulatory-demanding segments.
Production of the Black Force line began in June 2026 at Novamarine’s operational headquarters in Olbia, Sardinia.
Operational trials will continue over the coming months with the goal of completing the technical and procedural validation phase by the end of the year. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2027.
