The Barton Bulkhead Gland range is now in stock. Providing a waterproof and vapour tight seal as pipes, tubes and cables pass through bulkheads, it ensures compliance with MCA Workboat Code 3, Sport/Pleasure Vessel Code and relevant IMO regulations.
The glands are made in the UK from marine grade 316 stainless steel and BS2751 nitrile rubber providing maximum durability. They require no mastics or sealants, which speeds up the fitting process, reduces mess and completely removes solvent emissions, making future maintenance straightforward.
Suitable for use on some curved surfaces they are also compatible with angled pipes up to 15º off the centre line. The glands are currently available for pipes, tubes and cables with an outer diameter between 18-50mm. An Outboard Motor Well Gland Insert provides the perfect solution to run multiple cables and hoses from the bow to outboard engines with watertight performance.
