Recreational boat, yacht and superyacht services company MarineMax, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Williams Tenders USA.
The acquisition is expected to close by March 31 2024 and see growth in its first full year of operations.
Williams Tenders USA has its headquarters in Florida and is a distributor and retailer for UK-based Williams Jet Tenders, manufacturer of rigid inflatable jet tenders for the luxury yacht market.
The company offers the range of tenders through its own showroom location and via its network of 20 dealers in the United States and Caribbean.

Williams Jet Tenders was established in 2005 and established Williams Tenders USA in 2014.
MarineMax has 130 locations worldwide, including 81 dealerships and 66 marina and storage facilities.
Its business includes IGY Marinas, Fraser Yachts Group and Northrop & Johnson, Cruisers Yachts and Intrepid Powerboats. “MarineMax is an outstanding organisation with a reputation for excellence.
