Grand Pavois Organisation is to partner with the Aranya-Westport (Grand Pavois) International Yacht Exhibition (China) for the second consecutive year.
The show, which launched in July 2025, will take place in two parts: in the seaside resort of Aranya, Qinhuangdao, from May 29 to June 1, and in Westport, Qinhuangdao, from June 5 to June 8 2026.
Organisers – the Hebei Port Group – hope the boat show will become a benchmark for Northern China, promoting boating and related activities.
“It is with great pleasure and honour for Grand Pavois Organisation to continue our collaboration with the Port of Hebei and the city of Qinhuangdao,” said Alain Pochon head of the Grand Pavois Organisation.
We are delighted to sponsor the second edition of the Aranya-Westport (Grand Pavois) International Yacht Exhibition 2026, which is gaining momentum.

“Following the market research conducted in 2024/2025 and the sponsorship of the first edition of the show in 2025, we are delighted to sponsor the second edition of the Aranya-Westport (Grand Pavois) International Yacht Exhibition 2026, which is gaining momentum.
“There is no doubt that Qinhuangdao aims to establish a strong presence on the Chinese nautical scene and has all the qualities to become the leading destination for boating in Northern China.”
Around 100 boats are expected to be on show, with more than 200 brands represented, 500 potential buyers invited, 200 VIP guests and 30,000 visitors expected.
The event will incorporate sea trials and introductory sessions, while showcasing the latest nautical equipment, watersports gear and marine technologies from around the world.
Economic and tourism development
Organisers point to Qinhuangdao’s proximity to Beijing and the fact that the province is considered a popular destination for China’s ruling class and those with high purchasing power.
Qinhuangdao is now focusing part of its economic and tourism development strategy on nautical activities, with the aim of becoming a regional and preferred nautical hub.
“It is worth noting that Grand Pavois Organisation is managed by a board of directors comprised of nautical professionals and can boast of being at the heart of the action and therefore, fully aware of the evolution and trends of this constantly changing market,” added Alain.
“This is a real strength that is appreciated beyond our borders.”
The partnership is taking place through the Grand Pavois La Rochelle event.
