Omaya Yachts appoints UAE and GCC representative

Bulgarian catamaran manufacturer Omaya Yachts has announced an exclusive partnership with BB Yachts Agency as its official representative in the United Arab Emirates.

BB Yachts Agency, based in Dubai, will also represent Omaya in Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the broader Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) region.

The companies point out that the timing of the partnership aligns with significant market momentum in the region with the UAE seeing substantial growth in its luxury yachting sector.

She added: “Catamarans have become increasingly popular because they provide all of that, plus the space for entertainment and family time that plays such a huge part in UAE culture.”

BB Yachts Agency will also collaborate with Ian Biles of the Maritime Training Academy who will serve as BB Yachts Agency’s yacht and superyacht surveyor.

Regional market
