Gulf Craft Group’s new Superyacht Service Centre (SYSC) in Ajman, UAE, is entering its final stages of preparation, with key infrastructure and service capabilities coming online.
The new centre has been purpose-built to meet a growing demand in the region for superyacht maintenance and refit and has been designed to be a dedicated, world-class facility, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a leading hub for superyacht servicing.
The latest commissioning is the certification of SYSC’s Cimolai 600-ton travel lift, capable of handling yachts up to 60 metres, supported by an additional 75-ton lift dedicated to smaller leisure craft and day-to-day service requirements.
Deep-water berthing
The facility features deep-water berthing at a depth of six metres and a service quay designed to accommodate up to eight yachts and boats simultaneously.
Onshore, SYSC is supported by administrative offices, workshops, and technical support areas, allowing multidisciplinary teams to deliver refit and maintenance services within a single location.
SYSC has been built to support yachts operating across the Middle East, the Indian Ocean, and key transit routes towards the Mediterranean.
