Deck hardware companies technology collaboration

Antal and Karver have signed a long-term alliance agreement to share technologies.

The companies say the agreement stems from a ‘solid mutual esteem’ and aims to offer the market a comprehensive proposition.

Both companies supply complimentary deck hardware products.

The agreement will span the racing, custom, and cruising segments, and is set to provide an organistion capable of responding in an integrated way to any deck layout project.

Antal was founded in 1977 in Padua, Italy, and produces deck hardware for sailing yachts of all sizes and types.

The company has a presence across all main yacht segments, from cruising to high-end yachting, to ocean racing.

Integrated and complete solutions

Karver was founded in 2003 in Normandy, France, and produces high-performance deck hardware, specialising in the ocean racing market, with its products featured in numerous projects such as the IMOCA 60, Ocean 50 or Ultims.

The alliance will offer integrated and complete deck system solutions, from the design phase to final installation, using the technological, engineering, and manufacturing expertise of both companies.

The collaboration is designed to reinforce Antal and Karver’s presence in their key markets, with a particular focus on the French sailboat market.
