Marina development and management company Oasis Experiences and acquisition company Monument Marine have merged to form Alliance Marine to expand their marina management, development and technology services.
The merger is designed to reflect the company’s evolution, expanded capabilities, and long-term vision for management, development, acquisitions, operations, and technology.
The executive team heading the new company will consist of Colin Kiley, CEO, Doug West, COO, and Erik Agostoni, CFO, who together bring more than 60 years of combined industry experience through the developments of Rybovich, Lauderdale Marine Center, Bradford Marine, and Willis Custom Yachts.

Operating under Alliance Marine, three divisions have been created to provide the company with a comprehensive platform to own, manage, and innovate within the marina sector, setting the stage for sustained growth.

The divisions are: Alliance Marine Management dealing with marina management services, Alliance Marine Development focusing on the acquisition, planning, design, and construction of marina destinations and Alliance Marine Technologies that will build and deploy technology platforms to help modernise the marine industry.
