Wescom Group has taken on two new key staff members.
Gavin Gillespie has joined as group operations director reporting to the CEO, Ross Wilkinson and Jack Sharland has been appointed marine product manager electronics.
Gavin has more than 30 years’ experience in management roles for global manufacturing and engineering organisations, focused on operational excellence and lean manufacturing deployments, in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, marine, defence and industrial sectors.
Jack will be supporting the development of Wescom Group’s product roadmap and new electronics product introductions for the sMRT and Eflare brands, including the sMRT ALERT and sMRT V300 class M man overboard devices.
Jack in well known in the UK marine leisure sector having held a number of sales management roles with marine safety specialists.
