Azimut|Benetti Group has launched a Service Division, a new service hub to be led by Massimiliano Casoni.
The announcement follows on from the Group remaining at the top of the Global Order Book ranking based on data from 190 shipyards operating across five continents.
Azimut|Benetti points out that owners now seek operational simplicity, immediacy, intelligent solutions and greater freedom of use which will be provided by the new Division.
The Division will cover the whole spectrum of the boat owning experience providing services from administrative management to usage formulas, technical services and tailor-made experiential packages.
Three main sectors
The new Division will concentrate on three main areas – protecting asset value, responding to the need to control running costs and preserving a yacht’s value, with a programme that combines preventive maintenance, AI-based and other predictive systems, and warranty extension.
The second area will be crew management providing a programme including selection, training through a Crew Academy and operational coordination of the on-board crew.
The last area will be the owner experience aiding the owner to choose furnishings, fabrics, materials and artworks in conjunction with the designers.
