11% rise in new yachts revenues for Sanlorenzo

New yachts revenue for 2024 rose almost 11% for Sanlorenzo, mostly driven by the performance of the shipbuilder’s Superyacht Division.

The shipyard’s financial results for the year 2024 show net revenues from the sales fo new yachts were €930.4 million, with the Superyacht Division up almost 18% but relative weakness in the sub 24m length.

The shipyard has a net backlog of more than €1 billion.

In terms of geographies, a significant rebound – 58.4% – was seen in the Americas region as well as continued strong development of the Middle East and Africa region (+55.4% YoY).

Europe was down 0.9% after a 38.3% increase in 2023 compared to 2022, while the Asia Pacific region was down 2.3% year on years.

EBITDA was €176.4 million, up12% compared to €157.5 million in 2023, with a margin of 19% on net revenues new yachts.

The order intake in Q4 2024 amounted to €230.2 million, compared to €207.8 million in Q4 2023.

“We are steadily pursuing the Group’s long-term vision and executing the strategic objectives set out in our business plan, while maintaining a solid financial position and liquidity that allow us to evaluate and seize every opportunity to further strengthen our brands.”

And he explained that the Group is continuing to strengthen its our direct presence in key international yachting hubs, ensuring close proximity to clientele.
