Smartgyro has promoted Fabrizio Stifani to the position of research and development manager.
Fabrizio is one of the founding members of the Smartgyro company and previously held the role of senior software and hardware engineer.
In his new post, Fabrizio will be responsible for heading up Smartgyro’s efforts in research, innovation, and product development.
“It is a very exciting time for Smartgyro as a business as we celebrate our ten-year milestone this year,” he said. “I’m looking forward to leading and guiding our excellent R&D team in our continued efforts to improve and innovate Smartgyro’s portfolio.
“It’s a great honour for me to have been part of Smartgyro’s history and I’m excited to be part of its future.”
In his new role as the head of the Research and Development team, Fabrizio’s focus will be on practical steps to drive efficiency and innovation.
The current team, consisting of nine members in software and hardware, is committed to continuous improvement and development. Fabrizio intends to allocate more time to explore new technologies and automate quality control systems to free up time for creative work.
