A Scottish marina has been put up for sale a trading going concern for offers in excess of £1,250,000.
Arisaig Marina in the Hebrides has 45 seasonal moorings, and 25 additional moorings suitable for yachts and motor vessels up to 20 tonnes.
Facilities include hardstanding for up to 70 yachts during off peak season and parking for small boats and trailers during peak seasonal months with metered power points and water taps are located throughout the area.
An industrial/storage building is used for boat repairs and storage and there are also two internal stores for outboard storage for mooring holders and workshop space for carrying out minor repairs.
There is also a takeaway café and gift shop and a jetty at the end of the causeway for vessels to load and unload crew and luggage and three slipways located around the pier, with a marine diesel tank.
Also included in the sale is a commercial kitchen with storage and office space. A building with two shower rooms, male and female toilets and access to laundry facilities.
The marina provides fuel sales, and the company is a registered controlled Dealer of Oils. There is also access to freshwater on the jetty.
Two boats MV Sheerwater and MV Briscoe provide transport for foot passengers to travel to some of the Hebridean islands are also included in the sale.
“The shoreside land is held under absolute ownership/heritable title while a lease covering the moorings area is held between Arisaig Marine and the Crown estate from 2021 for 25 years,” said Euan MacCrimmon, director at joint agent Strutt & Parker.
