Premier Marinas completes first integration phase

Premier Marinas has completed the first phase of its integration of Boatfolk marinas with the integration of the UK’s Deacons Marina into its network.

The addition of Deacons Marina follows on from the integration of four other former Boatfolk sites, Haslar, East Cowes, Portland and Weymouth.

The latest addition means Premier now has a total of 17 marinas from Falmouth to Eastbourne, representing a substantial expansion of the company’s Premier-branded network.

The marina, located at the upper end of the River Hamble on the South Coast, features a range of boatyard services and a chandlery together with around 130 berths afloat together with space for 160 boats ashore.

Network offering

“It is no secret, the acquisition of the Boatfolk portfolio presented a huge opportunity for us to deepen our network offering,” said Andrew Lewis, sales and marketing director at Premier Marinas.

“We have deliberately timed the first phase of our integration activity to ensure we were able to maximise and focus the benefits for our customers this season.

“The conclusion of this first phase of alignment of the Boatfolk sites, marks an important step forward in our evolution as a business, as we continue to invest in our sites and expand the level of service we provide our customers.”

The final phase of Premier Marinas’ Boatfolk integration is planned for autumn, completing the transition for the remaining locations – Conwy, Penarth, Portishead, Rhu and Royal Quays marinas.

Premier Marinas acquired Boatfolk in September 2025.
