Roswell Marine has appointed Brad Gearhart as president, a newly created role that adds him to the company’s executive leadership team.
Gearhart has more than 25 years’ experience across the marine industry, including boat manufacturing, marketing, dealership operations, business development and executive leadership. He joined Roswell in 2018 and most recently served as director of marketing and business development.
In that position, he supported the company’s strategic positioning and global initiatives across several marine segments. Roswell says his industry relationships and hands-on background have contributed to the company’s development.
His recent achievements include receiving a WSIA 2026 Leadership Award, recognising his contribution to the wider watersports and marine sector.
Premium marine equipment
Roswell Marine, which manufactures marine audio systems, towers, racks and accessories, has positioned the appointment as part of its continued growth in premium marine equipment.
