Steve Menneto has assumed the role of president of Malibu Boats. The transition follows the planned retirement of former president Ritchie Anderson.
Steve joined Malibu Boats in August 2024 as the company’s CEO having previously spent more than 27 years at Polaris, most recently as president of the Off Road Vehicle Division where he led the business to a doubling of revenue (now $7+ billion).
He also led Polaris’ Motorcycle Division from May 2009 to December 2019, and prior to that held various sales roles. Early in his career, he owned his own Polaris dealership.
The executive shift is part of the company’s planned leadership changes and was officially effective as of February 7 2025.
Malibu Boats is a leading manufacturer in the boat industry, specialising in manufacturing high-performance sports boats.
The company is headquartered in Loudon, Tennessee, and is incorporated in Delaware. The company has an annual revenue of around $734 million.
Bruce Beckman continues to serve as Malibu’s chief financial officer.
