Privilège Marine has appointed Pascal Heems to the position of CEO with immediate effect.
He takes over the role from Gildas Le Masson who was appointed CEO in March 2024 and is leaving his position with immediate effect.
Pascal will be responsible for leading Privilège Marine through the next stage of its transformation, while consolidating its ambition for excellence.
Pascal’s background incorporates relaunching and developing businesses in a variety of sectors, and is known for his ability to achieve sustainable improvements.
“I am honoured to be joining Privilège Marine, an iconic shipyard that embodies excellence in craftsmanship and technological innovation,” he said.

The shipyard’s emphasis was on innovation with a primary focus on the search for alternative solutions to fossil fuel propulsion and on developing the Privilège Marine range.
A new operational organisation was put in place in 2024 led by Gildas Le Masson, formerly CEO of Nautitech Catamarans.
Privilège Marine, based in Les Sables d’Olonne, employs around 200 people and in 2024 its order book to date represented a turnover in excess of EUR 50 million.
