Carlo Alberto Sisto has been appointed as chief executive officer of Azimut Yachts subsidiary Azimut Brasil.
Sisto will lead Azimut Brasil in close collaboration with commercial director Roy Capasso, who will report directly to him.
Under the new leadership, the company intends to accelerate the implementation of the Group’s approved development and investment plan, aimed at strengthening production capacity, supporting brand expansion, and bringing innovation to the market through the progressive renewal of the range.
Sisto has more than 25 years of experience at CNH Industrial, a recognised company in the capital goods sector, where he held senior roles in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, developing financial, operational, and strategic expertise.
Key positions
At CNH Industrial he held key positions, including president of Banco CNH Capital in Curitiba and CFO of CNH Industrial Brazil in Belo Horizonte, with responsibility for the operations of CNH and IVECO.
He subsequently served in the United States as president of CNH Capital North America.
In the most recent phase of his career, he expanded his experience in the industrial sector, first as executive president of the EMEA region of CNH Industrial and subsequently as executive advisor for the Cogne Acciai Speciali Group, part of the Walsin Lihwa Corporation.
Azimut Brasil was founded in 2010 and produces several models from the Azimut Fly and Grande Series for both the domestic and export markets.
The company has more than 600 employees and had a production of more than 40 vessels last season.
Under Sisto’s new leadership, the company will continue to invest in industrial development, quality, and training.
