Flexiteek has appointed Mateusz Drejka as its new production manager in Poland.
Mateusz joins Flexiteek with 13 years experience as a plant manager, where he was responsible for building a culture of safety and responsibility through health and safety regulations, as well as managing production quality.
His experience includes working with the sales department and key customers, delivering performance and maintaining operational standards.
In his role as production manager, Mateusz will oversee the fabrication of Flexiteek decks in the Polish facility, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and team development.
His role will include collaborating with engineering and R&D teams to develop new solutions.
Over the coming months, he will work with colleagues across the business to support operational stability while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
