Flexiteek International has appointed Juha Kauppinen as its managing director of Sweden.
Juha joins Flexiteek with more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, where he held senior leadership positions and supported customers and factories globally.
In his new role, Juha will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic activities at the production facility in Sweden, as well as forming part of the senior leadership team.
“I am really excited to join Flexiteek and look forward to working together with the team and helping the development of the business,” he said.
Juha succeeds Tomas Gustafsson, who is moving on after 19 years at Flexiteek to pursue new challenges.
His extensive industry experience and proven leadership will be invaluable as we continue to deliver on our strategic priorities.

Tomas has been central to the success of Flexiteek International, leading the business through a period of growth that has established Flexiteek as a leading provider of synthetic decking and panel fabrication.
Most recently, Tomas oversaw major investment in the FIAB production facility, transforming it into a state-of-the-art, technology-leading site that underpins Flexiteek’s global manufacturing capability.
