E3 Displays, provider of display solutions, has completed a company restructure following the company’s acquisition by Ubiqconn in March 2025.
Tim Tsai has been appointed chief executive officer of E3 Displays to oversee the company’s direction, bring on new talent and open new opportunities in developing markets.
Chuck Rahrig, former president and co-founder of E3 Displays prior to its acquisition, will serve as chief operating officer, where he will handle day-to-day operations of the company.
The acquisition of E3 Displays by Ubiqconn, provider of rugged mobile computing solutions, has strengthen both companies’ footprint in North America and enhanced its capabilities in advanced optical bonding and display technology.
