After more than three decades of service, Andrew Feilden is to retire from his position on the E P Barrus board, effective 30 September 2025.
The date will mark 31 years since Andrew first joined the board.
During his tenure, which included serving as chairman, Andrew was instrumental in advancing the company’s mission and upholding its values.
His leadership and commitment have left a lasting legacy on the company and he will continue to serve as a member of the EPB Holdings Ltd board, remaining in his role as a trustee, where his ongoing guidance and experience will continue to benefit the broader organisation.
Diverse experience
E P Barrus has also appointed Kiki Glen to its board as a non-executive director, effective 1 August 2025.
Kiki’s career includes spells in corporate finance at a US investment bank before retraining as a teacher and subsequently as a therapeutic counsellor.
She also serves as a governor of a school.
“Kiki’s diverse experience and fresh perspectives will be invaluable as Barrus enters a new phase of growth and innovation,” said a company spokesperson.

Barrus was founded in 1917 and operates across four diverse market sectors, marine, garden, industrial and vehicle.
The company imports and distributes a range of equipment including engines, engine-powered equipment, garden tools and accessories.
