Vetus has appointed Nicolas Desbordes as engine sales manager for France, primarily responsible for overseeing the sales of both diesel and electric propulsion systems, with a focus on after-market services.
Nicolas has 18 years of experience in the marine industry, and joins Vetus from Navico Group, where he served as a key account manager in the sales department for six years. During this time, he specialised in the distribution of marine electronics and electrical products.
“I am very excited about my new role as engine sales manager at Vetus,” said Nicolas. “With my extensive background in the marine industry I will take on the company’s sales efforts in this key market, working closely with the French team to further enhance Vetus and Maxwell’s market share and presence.”
