New Mercury Marine GM for APAC region

Enrique Bolanos has been named general manager for Mercury Marine for the Australia, New Zealand and Asia region (APAC), replacing Brad Zoelle who has taken on the role of Boston Whaler president.

Bolanos transitions to the APAC region after four years with Mercury’s Latin America organisation, where he most recently served as general manager for Latin America.

During his tenure, Bolanos was instrumental in expanding market share and revenue, reflecting his proven leadership and dedication to excellence.

Prior to joining Mercury, Bolanos held leadership positions with several global companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Vascular and Marriott.

Talent pipeline

As Enrique takes on his new role, Mercury has also announced additional leadership changes with Raquel Silva succeeding Enrique as general manager for Latin America.

Silva takes on the new post following her recent role as sales leader for Latin America. Prior to this, she was the finance leader for Latin America based in Brazil.
