Marine Resources has promoted Oliver Wells to the post of recruitment director.
Oliver has worked with Marine Resources for nearly two years, with roles spanning executive search lead and managing consultant.
With almost two decades of senior recruitment expertise, Oliver has collaborated with firms across diverse sectors, including FTSE 100 companies and scale-up businesses.
His positions have encompassed senior talent recruitment, team management, and driving organisational change in UK and international markets.
