Yamaha Motor Europe and Sessa Marine have signed a new five-year full OEM agreement, covering the European region.
The companies say the partnership reflects a long-standing relationship between the two brands, dating back to milestones such as the Key Largo 36 in 2007, one of the first models to showcase triple 350hp Yamaha outboards.
Under the new agreement, Sessa Marine models will be powered by Yamaha through integrated rigging and propulsion solutions.
“Our relationship with Sessa Marine spans nearly two decades of shared innovation,” said Fabrice Lacoume, marine director at Yamaha Motor Europe.
More than 20,000 boats
“From the pioneering triple 350hp installations to today’s triple XTO 450hp configurations with Helm Master EX, we continue to push the boundaries together.”
The Italian boatbuilder also has a range of inboard models.
The shipyard has built more than 20,000 boats built and has a global presence in the accessible premium segment, focusing on build quality, onboard livability and ease of use.
Sessa Marine currently offers three lines of open and flybridge boats, from 18 to 68 feet in length.
The Key Largo range remains a cornerstone of the brand, with over 8,000 units in the water.
