Smartgyro has restructured its US sales operations, adding a new partnership with manufacturers’ representative group ComMar.
ComMar will operate as Smartgyro’s representative, focused on promoting the company’s product portfolio and generating new business opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast US, Southeast US and Gulf regions.
“Partnering with ComMar is a significant step forward for Smartgyro in the US market,” said Pieter Feenstra, sales director North-Europe, APAC and America at Smartgyro.
“With their strong industry insight and trusted network, we are well positioned to expand our footprint and bring our advanced stabilisation technology to even more boat owners across the region.”
Sales network

Through the partnership, ComMar will support the development of Smartgyro’s sales network, working with boat builders, dealers and marine professionals across the region, with the aim of expanding the reach of Smartgyro stabilisation technology.
Smartgyro USA, based in Maryland where stock is maintained, and ComMar will closely work together as one sales team to provide service for North American customers.
Smartgyro is a gyro stabilisation technology company and part of the Yanmar group of companies.
