Rhode Island’s Harbor Lights marina and golf facility has been sold for a reported $9.92 million to the owners of Flying Bridge Marina, a full service marina and boat dealer on Cape Cod.
The facility on Narragansett Bay features more than 200 wet slips and a nine-hole golf course.
SVN Marinas’ Josh Sheppard and David Kendall represented the buyer, while Kevin Phelan of Colliers International served as Broker of Record.
Harbor Lights spans nearly 70 acres of waterfront real estate with the marina featuring 208 wet slips and approximately 6,350 linear feet of dockage, along with a full-service fuel dock, pump-out station, and winter yard.
Harbor Lights is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

The nine-hole, par-36 golf course spans 58 acres, complete with a driving range, pro shop, and golf cart fleet.
The site also offers a 15,000+ square-foot clubhouse with multiple event spaces, a pavilion restaurant, a resort-style infinity pool, and a waterfront terrace. There is also an outdoor bar with views of Narragansett Bay.
“Harbor Lights is truly a one-of-a-kind property that embodies the best of Rhode Island’s waterfront lifestyle,” said Josh Sheppard, advisor at SVN Marinas.
Premier coastal destination
“We were proud to represent Flying Bridge Marina in this acquisition and work closely with the seller to ensure a successful closing.
“Under new ownership, Harbor Lights is poised to thrive and continue its tradition as a premier coastal destination.”
Harbour Lights was purchased by Monument Marine Group in 2023.
