Golf cart manufacturer Whisper Carts LLC has acquired Qwest Pontoons.
The acquisition is said to mark a significant step forward for both companies as they expand their impact on the outdoor recreation industry with the ambition of becoming a multi-industry powerhouse.
Qwest Pontoons is known for its American-manufactured pontoon boats, producing a range of craft.
The acquisition reinforces both brands’ shared commitment to delivering premium products and creating American jobs, explained Whisper Carts CEO Dave Hatley.

Whisper Carts was founded in 2021 off the back of hot tub and swim spa manufacturing business LPI Inc.
The business is America’s largest golf cart dealer with more than 90 locations nationwide.
As part of its strategy to expand Qwest Pontoons, the company has also acquired the domain pontoonboats.com, expanding Qwest’s digital reach and mirroring the online strategy used with golfcarts.com and hottub.com.
