Princess Yachts has continued to build on its turnaround plan that was completed in 2025 and has reported a strong start to 2026 and over 100% growth in EBITDA year-on-year.
The company confirmed that performance in the first quarter has remained on track across production, deliveries and financial objectives.
The British luxury yacht builder says that as part of its long-term growth strategy, it continues to invest significantly across new product development, advanced manufacturing capabilities and facilities through a multi-year investment programme.
Princess says strong progress is being made across several major new product programmes, including the C48, F54 and X90 alongside the S74 and the recently announced Odyssey 108, which marks Princess Yachts’ return to the 30-metre plus yacht segment.
Investment in new products
“The business has begun 2026 with strong momentum, building on the progress made last year,” said Will Green, CEO of Princess Yachts.
“Completing our turnaround ahead of plan and returning the business to quality profitability in 2025 was a significant milestone for Princess and has created the platform for the next phase of growth.
“We continue to invest in new products, facilities and capabilities while maintaining strong operational discipline across the business.”
He continued: “Returning the business to profitability ahead of plan has given us the confidence to accelerate investments in the future product portfolio.
“This progress is only possible because of the commitment, skill and resilience of our people across the business, whose efforts have been instrumental in successfully delivering the turnaround and positioning Princess strongly for the future.”
Fastest-ever model
In an operational update, Princess has confirmed that the first hull of the all-new C48 has emerged from the mould and entered the fit-out phase ahead of the model’s global premiere at the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
The yacht has been developed in collaboration with long-term partner Olesinski and naval architect Michael Peters and is Princess Yachts’ first outboard-powered, stepped-hull model.
The yacht will be the boatbuilder’s fastest-ever model and is the first of the new C Class.
The new F54 has also reached a production milestone, with hull and deck now moulded and the programme transitioning to the assembly stage.
The F54 introduces a walk-around transom arrangement with convertible fore-and-aft ‘beach club’-style seating in the cockpit.
The first F54 is scheduled to be launched later this year ahead of its official global debut at boot Düsseldorf 2027.
In addition, the first X90 is ready for initial sea trials. A further four X90 models are currently in build and seven units sold off plan ahead of launch.
The yacht will receive its official global debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
