Patrick Industries has completed the acquisition of Indiana-based Elkhart Composites.
Elkhart Composites is a Thor Industries owned company and markets its products under the Elkboard brand name.
The composite products are used for sidewalls and ceilings, and designed to be durable, lightweight, sustainable alternatives to wood products.
Products are sold to Thor branded companies and other external customers.

Elkhart Composites was acquired by Thor Industries in December 2021 through Thor’s subsidiary, Airxcel In.
The acquisition by Patrick Industries follows on from the company’s acquisition of RecPro in September 2024.
