Nimbus Group North American sales fall 53%; European increase

Nimbus Group net sales during the fourth quarter of 2025 decreased by 15% due to a continued weak North American market, where sales dropped by 53%.

Sales in the Nordic region decreased and amounted to SEK 17 million (31).

Order intake amounted to SEK 39 million (44). 

In Europe, sales increased to SEK 84 million (53) with order intake amounting to SEK 113 million (68), which Nimbus puts down to a market recovery combined with various sales support campaigns.

Inventories at retailers remain at relatively low levels.

Full 2025 sales decrease 16%

For the full 2025 year, net sales amounted to SEK 1,367 million, a decrease of 16% compared with the previous year (1,619).

North American sales dropped to SEK 365 million (567) as a result of weak sales in the second half of the year.

Order intake in North America amounted to SEK 235 million (410).

Nordic region sales amounted to SEK 122 million (164) and European sales amounted to SEK 359 million (285).

Sales in other markets amounted to SEK 16 million (64).

Order book

The order book at the end of 2025 amounted to SEK 441 million, down from 574 million, of which Commercial Sales amounted to SEK 357 million, down from 484 million and Retail Sales to SEK 84 million (90).

The Group has taken measures to strengthen its performance including consolidating the commercial operations, dealer operations, and aftermarket and marketing functions into a single organisation.

In addition, production of the Nimbus brand at the Group’s factory in Edgewater has been discontinued, reducing factory capacity by 25%.
