New Sea Ray SLX 360 Outboard launched

Sea Ray has unveiled its all-new SLX 360 Outboard at the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show (CES).

The newest addition to the SLX lineup from the Brunswick Corporation brand delivers next-generation marine technology, comfort, and a intuitive user experience in a 36-foot design.

Developed at Brunswick’s Technology Center in Florida, the SLX 360 Outboard introduces design and manufacturing innovations aimed at providing a fully integrated, seamless user interface across the vessel highlighting the synergies between several of Brunswick’s brands.

The helm is inspired by the automobile industry with steering wheel-integrated controls, dual Simrad Ultrawide NSX displays, and connectivity with Mercury Marine propulsion systems.

Improved water access

Touchscreens are used for commands such as auto-routing, autopilot, automatic lighting, precision joystick piloting with an integrated bow thruster, and onboard diagnostics.

Future options will include the newly launched Simrad AutoCaptain.

Features of the new SLX 360 Outboard include a climate-controlled cockpit and private cabin, a separate full stand-up head, accessible without exiting the sleeping quarters and an engineered swim terrace door for improved access to the water.

In addition, there is a convertible summer galley, powered helm seat, and rotating powered port companion seat alongside storage and service access.

Automotive-inspired helm

“At Sea Ray, we design every model with the goal of creating unforgettable experiences on the water, and the SLX 360 Outboard delivers on that promise at every turn,” explained Keith Yunger, president, Sea Ray.

“From its automotive-inspired helm to its yacht-class amenities, this model reflects a new era of Sea Ray design, where technology, craftsmanship, and comfort come together seamlessly.

“We are proud to introduce a boat that truly elevates what boaters can expect in this category.”

The SLX 360 Outboard is powered by triple Mercury 300 Verado V8 outboards with joystick piloting, DTS and e-steering.
