Fox’s Yacht Sales has been sold for an undisclosed sum to Morgans Group, parent company of Fox’s Marina & Boatyard and Fox’s Chandlery.
The acquisition will strengthen Morgans Group’s presence across Essex and Suffolk, bringing together several well-established marine businesses.
Fox’s Yacht Sales, which operates from Fox’s Marina on the UK’s River Orwell in Ipswich, will continue to offer its full range of services including new Beneteau and Wellcraft yacht and motorboat sales, a used boat brokerage operation and authorised Beneteau parts supply.
Newly appointed sales director Charles Vinten, formerly of Clarke & Carter, will lead the business.

Morgans Marine announced its acquisition of Fox’s Marina, Boatyard and Chandlery early in 2026 together with the establishment of Morgans Group.
