More Yachts has restructured under new ownership, having been acquired by Croatian shipbuilder and seasoned entrepreneur in yacht building Davor Paic.
In a statement, the Zagreb, Croatia, headquartered yard said it now stands on its strongest and most stable financial footing since its inception, marking a defining milestone in the company’s trajectory.
“This transition marks more than a change in leadership; it represents a new foundation for growth and brand positioning,” said a spokesperson from the yard.
“His acquisition of the shipyard signals a clear strategic shift and a renewed long-term ambition for the brand.”
New beginning for More Yachts
The new owner, Davor Paic, added: “We have emerged from this process more resilient than ever. This marks a new beginning for More Yachts.
“We have streamlined our operations and secured the resources necessary to push the boundaries of yacht design and performance while sharpening our focus on precision engineering within the premium segment.”
The yard says it will remain anchored in its core strengths and technical heritage as it enters the new phase.
The yard has also confirmed that its long-standing collaboration with naval architect Maurizio Cossutti will continue.
