UK-based digital marketing agency IDHL has acquired marine sector agency, The MTM Agency.
IDHL was founded 25 years’s ago, initially to focus on search engine optimisation powered by proprietary technology.
The company has since expanded both organically and through acquisitions across the digital landscape.
The acquisition of The MTM Agency is intended to accelerate IDHL’s ability to deliver advice across the communications landscape inweb, ecommerce and data intelligence.
The addition brings complementary capabilities in creative, strategy and insight, as well as influencer marketing and PR.
Organic growth

The acquisition sees MTM’s 80 staff in Southampton join IDHL, expanding the agency’s UK footprint which includes teams in London, Leeds and Manchester.
