International Multihull Show sees record global reach

The International Multihull Show featured 82 multihulls on display and more international exhibitors and attendees than ever before.

Taking place in La Grande Motte, France, this year’s show hosted a number of debuts including the ORC’s new ORC 57, the TRM 43 from Trimarine Composites and the 40R from Rapido Trimarans.

Organisers reported a 5% decrease in overall attendance, however this was offset by a record level of international visitors, with attendees from 27 European countries, as well as North and South America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia.

Fur future editions, organisers say they want to build on this international momentum and introduce a focus country to providing a deeper insight into the marine industry around the world.

Highlights of the 2026 edition included a redesigned visitor route, combined with the opening of a third marina

Ideas shaping the sector

The Multihull Design & Innovation Area brought together naval architects, startups and equipment manufacturers to showcase the next generation of ideas shaping the sector.

The strong presence of powercats, alongside hybrid and electric solutions, reflected evolving usage patterns and a growing focus on autonomy, efficiency and reduced environmental impact.

“The show continues to evolve with the market,” said Anaïs David, director of the International Multihull Show.

“Exhibitors report promising discussions and visitors have remarked on the quality and variety of the vessels and exhibitors.”

The next edition of the International Multihull Show will return to La Grande Motte in April 2027.
