ENATA expands into turbine production

Foiling technology company ENATA is to expand into turbine production — becoming the first UAE-based manufacturer of jet turbines.

ENATA will have an initial production capacity of 300 units a year and up to 5,000 units per year by the end of 2025.

The company says the move strengthens its capabilities as a high-tech B2B manufacturer.

“This launch marks a significant milestone for ENATA and for the UAE’s advanced manufacturing landscape,” said Alois Vieujot, CEO of ENATA Group.

“These jet turbines are well suited not only for our own products, taking up a decent part of our production, but also for our client products, and a highly requested individual product by our clients.”

ENATA’s new jet turbines are designed for both professional and recreational use, offering high power-to-weight ratio for performance across applications and chevron exhaust design.

In-house manufacturing

ENATA’s production will include two turbines – the 250N thrust variant is currently available and a more powerful version will be introduced in Q3 2025.

The turbines are suitable for remote control model enthusiasts as well as professional unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturers.

“With in-house manufacturing, ENATA ensures consistent quality control, faster innovation cycles, and full customisability — aligning with the company’s mission to create long-term, sustainable value for our clients,” added Alois.

ENATA Marine manufactures a range of products and craft including hydrofoil yachts, carbon fiber builds, and smart control systems.

The Foiler flying yacht, built out of carbon fibre, was one of the company’s first vessels. The company has new models under development including a limousine version for transport, a hydrogen propulsion version, as well as 15 and 20 meter versions.
