Cockwells commissioned by luxury developer

Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding has been commissioned by Yntegra Group to build a superyacht-inspired highly-customised 13m Limousine Tender.

The tender will be used by Yntegra Group to transport guests to its 124-acre private-island destination in the Exumas Islands in The Bahamas which is currently being developed.

When complete, Rosewood Exuma will be home to a fully serviced beach club with a grill restaurant, beach and pool bars.

Two marinas with slips are planned to accommodate yachts, encouraging those traveling around the nearby islands to enjoy the beach club.

Yntegra Group aims to transform Rosewood Exuma into a landmark destination prioritising sustainable building practices and visionary planning.

Redefining luxury means transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.

“Redefining luxury means transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences. Whether you’re playing padel or arriving at a destination, true luxury lies in making each moment feel exceptional,” says Felipe MacLean, CEO of Yntegra Group.

“Our collaboration with Cockwells brings this vision to life – delivering a vessel that is more than transportation. It’s a seamless, elevated journey and a natural extension of the destination itself.”

The custom tender will incorporate the latest marine engineering technologies with craftsmanship, offering guests a transition into ultra-luxury.

The vessel’s interiors have been inspired by the design of the resort, with handcrafted soft leathers, natural fibres, electric reclining VIP seating, mood lighting and a champagne refrigerator.

Attention to detail

Technological features will include climate controls, Seakeeper stabiliser, smart helm controls and twin 370hp Yanmar engines enabling the vessel to travel at up to 32 knots.

“This vessel synthesises the sumptuous styling, technological ingenuity and attention to detail that we are known for,” says Dave Cockwell, founder and executive chairman of Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding.

“We are proud to build marine excellence and decades of nautical expertise into the realm of high-end hospitality and create a new concept that transforms a water-to-shore transfer into a treasured memory, which wholly reflects the destination’s philosophy and innate sense of place.”

The tender is to be built on Cockwells’ Duchy 35 hull and will accommodate 12 passengers and two crew.

The customised craft is currently in build and scheduled for launch in August 2026.
